WELCOME TO THE LIBRARY

Take what helps.

Leave what doesn't.

Carry what becomes yours.

Some books don't give answers.

They give language to what your heart already knew.

If you’ve wondered why this website feels less like a website and more like wandering through someone’s home…

Pull up a chair.

I’d love to tell you a little story.

When I Built This House...

When I first began creating this website, I thought I was building pages.

A place for information.

A way to explain what I do.

A collection of offerings.

But somewhere along the way…

it quietly became something else.

It became a house.

Not because I planned it.

Because it was the only thing that felt true.

I have always believed that healing isn’t something we can force.

It’s something we slowly remember.

And remembering rarely happens in waiting rooms or sales pages.

It happens around campfires.

In gardens.

Among books.

Over quiet conversations.

In places that make us feel safe enough to finally exhale.

So I stopped asking,

“What pages should a website have?”

And I started asking…

“What kind of home would I want someone to wander through if they had forgotten themselves for a while?”

That question built everything that followed.

🔥The Fire.

📚The Library.

🪴The Garden.

🧪The Apothecary.

🚪The doors.

None of them were chosen because they sounded beautiful.

They arrived because they already lived somewhere inside me.

If you spend time here, I don’t hope you remember me.

I hope you remember yourself.

Because this house was never built to keep people.

It was built to remind them that home has been quietly waiting within them all along.

Some journeys need conversation. Others need quiet reflection.

This is a collection of thoughts, stories, and reflections on healing, grief, relationships, awakening, wonder, and the journey back to yourself.

You don’t need to read these in order.

Choose the piece your heart needs today

Every reflection here is simply another doorway into the same house.

Take the one that’s calling you.

THE CURIOSITY DESK

Every book on these shelves began with a question.

Some were spoken aloud.
Some were whispered.
Some lived quietly in someone's heart for years before they found the words.

If there's something you've been wondering...

About yourself.
About healing.
About relationships.
About grief.
About consciousness.
Or simply about what it means to be human...

You're welcome to leave it here.

You don't need to know how to ask it perfectly.

You don't even need to have the words yet.

Curiosity is always welcome in this library.

Perhaps your wondering will become the beginning of a conversation.
Perhaps it will become a book waiting for someone else who has been carrying the very same question.

Either way...

I'm grateful you brought it here.

Hello! I stumbled upon your Instagram page and very much appreciate all of the videos I just binge watched. Thank you. Thank you for putting yourself out there snd being real. I can tell in a nanosecond, some sort of trauma response going in there I would dare say, if someone is authentic, genuine, meaningful in their lives, etc. I can tell you are all of the above. I am very interested and looking forward to reading your blog and being able to learn and empathize all at the same time. That is a beautiful thing! Thank you again.
