NEUROPLASTICITY- How our thoughts and words program our reality, and even our health. 

NEUROPLASTICITY  IS THE BRAIN’S ABILITY TO FORM NEW NEURAL CONNECTIONS AND PATHWAYS THROUGHOUT OUR LIVES.

Did you know that our thoughts, feelings, and speech directly impact our brain chemistry, our mental and physical health. 

Our words actually re-write/change our minds and physical bodies.

In order to form new empowering beliefs, we must be willing to break out of our old patterns of thinking and behaving.

OUR THOUGHTS AND WORDS SEND INSTRUCTIONS TO OUR ENTIRE SYSTEM

Negative thought patterns can actually transmit signals that your physical body is in danger and trigger or affect us far more than just mentally.

PSYCHONEUROIMMUNOLOGY Is...

“the complex interaction among the immune, endocrine, and central nervous system that determines an organisms responses, Resulting in influence that can lead to infection, inflammation, psychiatric disorders and more."

Meaning negative/limiting beliefs can often be the root cause of physical illness.

Positive/resilient thoughts can require us mentally, emotionally, and physically

By engaging in new experiences, learning new skills, and challenging our existing beliefs, we can literally rewire our brains and create new patterns of thought and behaviour

This practice aligns our minds/bodies and our faith.

The BIBLE actually says “life and death are in the power of the tongue."

We were designed this way, as powerful entities by the creator. Whatever creator means to you.

Our brains don’t know the difference between...

REAL LIMITATIONS and LIMITING BELIEFS

However, the brain is naturally resistant to change, and it often signals this resistance through feelings of discomfort and unease. This is because the brain seeks predictability and familiarity, and it perceives new patterns as potentially threatening or dangerous.

Remember, comfort seeking kills neuroplasticity.

When we are stuck in these limiting/negative thought patterns, our neuro pathways become weakened.

It's our BELIEFS about our abilities that become physical changes in our brain chemistry and eventually in our physical bodies.

When we change those languages and thought patterns we OPEN NEW NEUROPATHWAYS

YOUR BRAIN WILL START COOPERATING WITH YOU AND MAKE CHANGES ACCORDINGLY - DEPENDING ON POSITIVE/NEGATIVE BELIEFS THOUGHTS AND WORDS.

To cultivate neuroplasticity and create new, empowering beliefs, we must be willing to embrace this discomfort and push through it.

We must be willing to step outside of our comfort zones and engage in activities that challenge our existing paradigms.

This makes so much sense. Every time I get sick or down it’s usually when I am overthinking and convincing myself that nothing is going right. Definitely going to work on this now. Thanks for sharing this!!!
